Welcome to our online shop. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the online shop. By using our shop, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our shop.
Product Availability
All items displayed by Elite Amber are subject to availability. All displayed jewelry we have in stock. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. Elite Amber reserves the right not to accept an order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that the item is out of stock. Elite Amber is amber store which offers you a wide selection of amber products, from high quality 100% natural Baltic amber. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item on our shop, please email us.
Product Representation
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our shop, the actual colors you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
! Please note that all our jewelry is made from natural Baltic amber, so all details and colors cannot be identical, and relative to pictures it might be some little differences!
Pricing Policy
All prices are displayed on our website and are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.
The price of each product is valid at the time of the customer order.
For all prices, products and offers Elite Amber reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, amber raw price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. This permission does not affect the prices of goods in orders made before the date of entry into force of the change in the price, terms of promotions, or sales.
Delivery charge will be applied at checkout.
If you are a wholesaler, please contact us by e-mail info@eliteamber.com and we will give you the wholesale prices of amber jewelry you are interested in.
Purchasing/Delivery
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within two working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
Orders generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed.
Shop is not responsible for undelivered goods or delay in delivery caused by incorrect or inaccurate address provided by Customer.
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post as registered mail from our Elite Amber office located in Lithuania.
All amber products are shipped within 3 working days after the payment is received.
Please note that with all International orders, we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive your package.
Cancellation Policy.
Please contact us immediately through the contact form or telephone if you'd like to cancel your order.
If the order is cancelled within hours of placement and has not yet been processed a full refund will be given. Once the order is dispatched returns policy conditions apply.
Returns & Exchanges
According to Lithuanian law our company Elite Amber does not change and does not return these high-quality products: pearls, gemstones, precious metals and articles thereof. According to Lithuanian laws amber as natural origin stone and is considered a gemstone since 1 May, 2016.
The Buyer can return only the defective product using the services of the courier company, by registered post or by its own transport.
We do not exchange or refund earrings for Health and Safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
You can register a returns request by info@eliteamber.com and provide the following information: product name, code and price, proof of payment and if it is possible add photos. Provide us the reason for the return.
Please note: You must contact us via email BEFORE returning any items. All items returned without contacting us will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund.
If the product is not in a complete set, is damaged, or has inappropriate packaging, we have the right not to accept the product, not to replace it and refuse return money for the product.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
We advise you to insure the items before shipping as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. You are also responsible for any return charges.
Sales & Discounted items
All sales or discounted items are final sale and are subject to availability. No return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be accepted.
Payment
www.eliteamber.com has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Payment through PayPal.
- Payment through Paysera.
- Payment through Stripe (credit cards).
- Payment by Invoice (bank transfer).
Invoices must be paid within 5 days of the invoice date.
Copyright Statement
All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on our online shop are copyrighted to Elite Amber and authors, designers, photographers etc. All worldwide rights are reserved. This site and its contents may only be used for personal non-commercial use. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our online shop is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Elite Amber.
General
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of this online shop following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the online shop.
Accessing the online shop is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our online shop, and withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
